In the WhatsApp form on our website, you are asked to provide your name, select a clinic location, and write a message of at least five characters; selecting symptom-related topics is optional. We use this information solely to respond to your request and arrange an appropriate clinic appointment. The form compiles the message locally in your browser; our website does not store form contents or transmit them to our own web server. The form is also accessible on the Contact page.
The submit button opens WhatsApp with your pre-composed message. The text enters the WhatsApp service upon clicking the link; our clinic receives it in our WhatsApp account only after you explicitly tap 'Send' inside the WhatsApp app or WhatsApp Web. You may review the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
Selecting health concerns is optional and may reveal sensitive health data. Please include only information strictly necessary for booking an appointment; do not send detailed medical records or clinical documentation via this form.
Use & Retention of Health Data
Inquiry data is retained for the period necessary to respond, schedule appointments, and address subsequent requests. Medical documentation generated during actual dental treatment is managed separately in strict accordance with statutory healthcare retention requirements and Romanian medical law.
The legal basis for processing appointment request data is, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a service agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). For website functionality and technical security, our hosting provider may process technical access logs.
